WHAT IF I’M LATE TO MY APPOINTMENT? 

I understand that things happen. However, there is a 10 min grace period. After 10 minutes I will have to ask for you to reschedule. I have clients aligned accordingly, So 10 minutes will push my whole schedule back. Let’s communicate, pls keep me informed.
